This frame is being sold as a 1934 Schwinn, but it has lugs around the bottom bracket and the imprint of a former head badge looks funny. But other bits look Schwinn. Is this a Schwinn? Any guesses as to what head badge was on there? Thanks!
With that collared frame joint it might be Westfield. What does the serial number look like under the bottom bracket? All numbers, letters, two sets of numbers? With the rear facing dropouts it must be prewar. Looks like some residual original red paint hiding under the pink. Post a straighten shot of the head badge ghost.
Definitely Schwinn. Pre 35. I have a complete one like it. My wife also has a 35. I believe it’s the only maker of this ladies style frame. Lugged or not lugged. I believe mine is lugged also.

Here it is.
I believe this to be 33/34.
I have not removed the crank.
I would not recommend buying the frame. If the badge is not included. But at the end of the day it’s a house painted frame with a badge. You will sink another 4-500 bucks to piece together a 400 dollar at best bike.
You can find them for about 450 complete. They didn’t just make one.
That frame design is early 30’s Schwinn. The went from lugged to brazed/blended over the 34/35 frames.
Also because of the oddball badge. It doesn’t make it valuable. Just the badge is valuable to badge collectors.
