Nope

That rack isnt correct for any schwinn.. looks like a 9 hole but is more of an aftermarket rack with a different mounting style.
Sorry I dont have a pic of one right now... same as a 20" rack but longer arms.

I can't help but notice the car the bike is leaning up against. Is that a 1949- '50 Chevy DeLuxe 2 door sedan? With original paint, also?

Its a 1950 Deluxe 4 door. Belongs to my 17 year old son. He picked it up for $150. It had not seen the road later then 1965 and he replaced the motor and all the running gear. Still has lots to do but it runs and drives and it road legal.

Thanks for the info. That is what I guessed but I dont know a lot about the 24" bikes
