Schwinn frame, fork and 7000 seat, post and clamp. Can't say for sure on the rear wheel.

On RRB somebody said it can be a 50's Phantom frame and fork.
I cannot check closer, it is a 100 miles one way trip. There are other bikes, but nothing interesting.

That could have been just about anything, but if the head badge is original to the frame it wasn't a Phantom.
