Is this worth anything?

My dad is cleaning out the basement and this is one of the bikes he wants to get rid of. I am guessing it is from the 70's, but really don't know. Any help is greatly appreciated. If needed I can take more pictures of it.

Sold by aTrue Value hardware store. It is a girls bike so that makes it worth less but is probably why it survived. You might ask this in the BMX section but it isn't a real valuable bike and you will not be able to retire on what it sells for no matter what the Pickers show would make you believe. I was less than $100 when new. Roger

Thank you. Didn't expect to get rich, just was wondering if had more value selling vs letting the area scrappers pick it up from the curb. My son just told me it originally had a banana seat on it that is floating around somewhere too.

That Starburst hasn't been trashed or left outside to rot for years and it's too nice to throw in the garbage, even thou it's not worth much. Maybe drop it off at a local bike co-op or maybe donate it to Goodwill.

With the banana seat, It maybe worth a couple more bucks. Nice bike any way. Razin.
