Don't know what that is maybe sales sample??? Something like a scale down model display perhaps, whatever it is it it's totally Kool great item

Interesting brake - metal on metal at the rim and a solid wire for the cable?

I have one of these! The brake levers broke off in a move so I now use it to teach my daughter how to work on bikes. I’m pretty are my Dad found it in the 90’s.
