I believe it is a late forties Ladies JC Higgens Colorflow. Appears mostly original. I will be available for local St. Louis pick up on July 27th. I will be able to drop off for packing/shipping the 27th as well. After the 27th I will be shipping the bicycle back to Texas so after a clean up and replacement of missing parts I might have the price will be adjusted.
