Wore out three sets of tires already!
Original JC Higgins/Elgin 26inch balloon wheel set to include the correct ALLSTATE tires. The brake arm is a JC Higgins but can be correctly changed to an Elgin just by switching brake arms.
I've had this set (for years), stored away correctly, unknown history beyond me.
The rear hub could use servicing, I have NOT cleaned these up.
A perfect set for the purist, a steal at $65 plus shipping using Bike flights
