'Lil Knee Scuffer
This is my first old bike. I plan on getting new grips and tires but what are your guys' opinion about cleanin this up or leaving it as is? I like patina, I just don't have any clue what it would look like if cleaned it up with some WD40 and a steel wool. Thoughts? Any info is appreciated!

Yeah, I'm not concerned with value at all. I won't be selling it. I just don't have any idea what to do. lol.

Then sandblast the poop out of it and repaint it a color you like :)
I wouldn't spend too much money on it is what I meant to say earlier
there are plenty of other complete bikes out there for not much money

something that I have learned over time ..... try to find the bikes that you can ride as is .... otherwise they just happen to be another project waiting to happen
