Klaxon Type Horn

Hello Everyone, Just got this horn. Made a lower bracket for it out of a plumbing bracket. ( Satin black paint coming up to help it blend in ) Soooooooooooo..... 1st off, Who makes this ? I can't tell. 2nd , The Clamping is 90 degrees off from others I've seen............Why ? Any help ?

That style clamp is meant to go near the handlebar grips. The other style is meant to go in front of the handlebars
