If ya'all remember back in December i posted a pic of a 49 Schwinn Dx i bought to build a klunker out of, here is the end result.
A traditional Klunker with a couple modern attributes.

I did go a little overboard but I really like the way it turned out.

Building with traditional parts is time consuming. It takes time to find vintage motorcycle bars and levers, period correct brakes, rims and mechs that are still serviceable.
-Most of us build resto-mod clunkers, or neo-clunkers, that use some contemporary compnents.
-That 49 DX looks great, regardless of what we want to call it
