How about the spring forks? Any chance I could make them work on my late 50s Columbia girl's bike? From the top of the handlebar/ fork nut to the bottom of the bottom cup is right at 7"? I didn't know what I was doing when I bought it the other day. Paid way too much. Since it's almost worthless I plan to rat it out. Those forks are almost what I had pictured in my head. Also hunting a bunch of other parts. A cool looking back rack, a neat looking head and tail light to mount in the fenders. A 26" 3speed back wheel or 36hole 3 speed hub. Possibly a 24" rim for the front or maybe go up to 27in.
