They must have had a pretty tough constitution sitting like that.

They gave you two wheels though, even if they are mismatched.

Perfect timing I would say! Other wise you would of probably gotten rid of it long ago. Now you can have fun putting it back together and probably never get rid of it. eBay is a good place to search for parts. Welcome to the Cabe, and enjoy the ride...

Welcome to the CABE. As anders1 said eBay would be your best bet for parts.

Agree with others, 'get a new friend' and thanks for practically ruining it too. And, you're gonna need a new fork, that one's wacked. Or, that is; I wouldn't ride a BMX type bike with a bent fork or after it's been straightened. Yet by 1988 Schwinn's were all china so, I wouldn't expect much interest in an post 1982 Schwinn. Except maybe the on-line BMX Museum guys. Might be a few there wit newer schwinns and the parts you need to restore. From the looks, that's everything but frame. The get another friend clause: [grin] . https://bmxmuseum.com/

Alternatively, although I don't completely trust their ability to reproduce exact copies, they're on ebay and have a site too: Here's what they've got for Predators currently: https://www.velocals.com/schwinn-predator-down-tube-decals-1-pair-choose-size-colors/ Scroll down to see all their Predator decals in stock.

Otherwise, if you troll ebay for a while, it's possible to find original parts and decals at fairly, (higher than local pals and junk stores but) fairly decent prices. .. G/L.

Oh and BTW, from the colors of your decal It appears to be an 84, not 88. Are ya sure 'your pal' even gave ya your actual bike back? [grin]
