Looks to me to be about 1896-9. I'm also thinking Pope built but would like to get some input here as this is out of my wheelhouse. @Jesse McCauley @New Mexico Brant @Blue Streak any help on this one? Thanks, Shawn

Shawn,

Boston Cycle and Sundry Company was founded January 5, 1901. It looks like they sold the Lincoln Bicycle 1901 and 1902. Ads below for Lincoln Bicycles were only found in Boston newspapers:

Thanks any thoughts on maker of this machine? V/r Shawn

As a sundries supplier, it might be impossible to pin point an exact manufacturer.
Sundries suppliers had access to pretty much any parts available on the market and could make "custom" bikes to their liking using parts from different manufacturers.

check out this 1900 sundries catalog (it's pretty impressive), everything was available as single parts from a lot of small, named and unnamed manufacturers

I agree but thought there might be some ‘tells’ as to the maker. V/r Shawn
