Late Introduction

Finally riding a big boys bike
Since joining the group I've made sporadic posts here and there without a formal introduction. I just drank a pot of coffee and thought would be a good time to bore you all with a brief bio..... I'm Sam from NY currently residing in SC since '02. Until April of this year the only bike I owned was my 1989 Trek 850 Antelope MTB that has been rusting away in my crawl space and unridden for at least 15 years (original owner)!!! I wrote it off as DNR and in April purchased a modestly priced new Univega hardtail MTB for my recent fitness kick. I enjoyed the sport so much that I splurged on a higher end full suspension Giant MTB. Meanwhile I began tinkering around with that old Trek and with a little polishing and elbow grease brought it back to life. I converted it into a hybrid cruiser of sorts by adding 5" rise bars, bags, racks, bells, whistles.... All this time all I wanted was an ol' school beach cruiser so I went out and purchased a $25 1980's Schwinn single speed a few weeks ago followed by a 1990's Schwinn Riverside. Both of which I stripped down and repainted/rebuilt. The former has even gone through a few iterations until what you see pictured here.... Then just last weekend I found my current 1940's Roadmaster project. I have met a lot of nice people in here who have been helpful to me with valuable advice!!! Here are a few pictures of my current rides in the order mentioned above!!! Enjoy and thanks for all of your help!!!
