Tubes as in top, down, seat and head tubes. Stays as in chain and seat stays. Add the bottom bracket shell and dropouts and you've pretty much got the entire frame.

And the hidden steer tube inside the head tube that's attached to the fork.

Don't forget that not all fork ends are drop outs
