Leather tool bag year help

Need help on this bag on year if is pre or post war. I want to keep but if is not correct going to sell is full of bike tools

I have some like that that were from the 1960s. Roger

I have one that is oval rather than round, same latches as yours. I got it in a box of bags and panniers all from the late 60's/early 70's.
