I attended the Hoosier winter bike swap Jan 27 in Lebanon and saw an unusual bike frame under one vendor's table. I'm looking for that vendor and frame. He was in the building that had the show bikes, at the opposite end from the show bike area. The frame painted red, was only a frame and fork, no crank, no fork bearings, no seat or post, no nothing only a red frame and fork priced at $300. What made it unusual is that the seat tube was cut short, it didn't go to the bottom bracket, it was just hanging out there. The seat tube was replaced with 2 small diameter tubes 90 degrees to the top tube. I think it was made in England as a special design, I have a picture from a book that looks similar. Anyways, If you know or remember the bike and vendor, I'm interested in buying. Please contact me if you know anything about this frame. Thanks
