This is not a discussion if you like fender skirts on a boys bike I know all the old men don't like it. I'll get all the dumb negative stuff out of the way for you I know that they come off of girls bikes yes cross dressing tranny and so on But if you can't customize your Bicycle what can you customize. I think that the Higgins skirts have a much more deco, racing fairing look than many of the other's. It definitely enhances the look of some these bikes, which are killer, IMHO.
