License plate????

Not sure if I have posted this previously.

I have what seems to be a license plate. made by Mayer INDPLS. One set of numbers is 1922 the other set is 5191. Anyone know what it is and it"s value.

A nice 1922 Indianapolis tag. Not sure of the value since I collect the mountain states but I would pay $50 for it just to put on one of my wood wheel bikes. Probably worth more to someone in Indiana.
