Light mount help

I found this cheap little Hong Kong made light at a junk store the other day, unfortunately the mount was missing.
Does anyone have a picture of what it looks like so I can try to fab up something that'll look right?

Thanks, for some reason I hadn't thought of a headset mount. I had fork fender hole mount stuck in my head.
