Lil help : identifying this old frame

Thanks to all for clarification and history regarding this frame. I could make out the "RED EVIL". Kind of figured with having the devil's head remnant that is was what you folks ID'd it as being before that excellent head badge example. I think "Red Evil" still might make a good model name though, and I still need to name an old Gerbi ("il Diavolo Rosso") frame from the '30s.

I know nothing, but the bike was in a small 'outdoor show' in Anacortez, WA some years back.
