I recently added a little bike to the collection.
1973 Standard, that is reminiscent of the bike I used to prowl the neighborhood with, when I was a kid.
It is so similar to the bike I had, that I couldn’t pass it up when it became available here locally.
The previous owner bought it new at Seversons Schwinn Cyclery in Chicago.
It had Junior sized pedals on it when I got it, so I have since mounted a pair of full size pedals from 1973.
Fun bike to ride around the block on, but I’m sure I probably look a bit like Magilla the Gorilla when I’m on it.
Oh, to be 13 years old again. Lol!
