Looking at Barclay pictures I bet Barto is right. I wonder if originality it had a lasso?
Lead I would think could be resoldered/repaired.

Yes ,,they did have a Lasso We have both the Grey and Brown,,with the Brown having a lot more detailed paint then the Grey,,our Brown has the oringial Lasso,,,very thin wire,and our Grey has a rusty bailing wire my wife made for him,,Three is a crowd,or the PM would have been sent and those that collect,well Barclays were one of da best..So if I see this in a few days still for sale well three is gonna be a crowd.
