Long or short head CT

Hello! I have a cycle truck 1939. I think it is short head frame, where can I find a fork for this short frame? If anyone has one and can tell me the measurements I’ll appreciate it.

Do you have a picture of the frame in question? I want to be sure I'm measuring the correct one @Chris#21
