That's a much older and very different saddle. I've never seen one identical to that one. You should start a new thread for info.

I reached out to Jesse McCauley and he said maybe a Troxel/ Eagle.?
I have just begun to search the web.
I appreciate your response and I will be happy to post anything I can find. I don’t want to bother the whole community with this one yet, I have bigger things for that post, like a tank I can afford for one of my old frames!!
