Looking for 39-41 Sears/Elgin "Collegiate" Parts - Or suitable fit

My long, long, search for a bare bones bike complete, I now am on the search for parts. The parts only need to be around the era, although preferred from a collegiate. Parts that should work are prewar Sears, Elgin and Murray built parts. This is what I am looking for:

I've attached a fairly complete example as a reference.

I think you're right. The earlier one's seem to have a simpler dart on the fork while the later one's have a different design.

Edit: Some research, and I think I know what I need now. Am I correct?
