Hello I am looking for a broken or cracked Torrington style deco neck. The ferrous type only. Thank you

Ferrous type would be an iron one .
Non Ferrous would be the aluminum kind

Simple answer, if you stick it on a grinder and it makes sparks, is ferrous.
