Looking for a stem and rear rack that would match a women's prewar Elgin

I'm not sure exactly what kind of Elgin it is, but it looks just like this one but without the fins and with a different chain guard.

Just looking for something that would match the prewar style, but a stem and rack that would've originally been on Elgins would be ideal. Thanks!
