Looking for adapter- one piece cranks to 3 bolt chainrings

I'm still looking for an adapter to mount three bolt chainrings on a one piece crank set like this one:

These would have been used on old, cheap 10 speeds, maybe some BMX bikes or more likely, languishing as unsold stock.
