It's the blue one badged western flyer.

Better pictures would be a plus. I'll take a guess at it being a 1935-36 Shelby small frame double bar roadster. Upside down T in the serial number? I298958

The sprocket looks fairly-high off the ground, kickstand looks kind of short too; is the front wheel larger than the rear?
(maybe just the angle or picture).

The rear axle dosen't look like it's in the groove where the adjustment screws are. The rear wheel does look smaller.
