Frame (Breezer) is definitely mountain bike, but one of the first. Cook fork with Canti bosses/ brakes, and a MCS 6 bolt stem drilled to run the brake cable for the brakes.

Here is a Cook that was recently restored that has a bunch of mods. Drop outs swapped for Campagnolo, cable guides, brake bosses. Epic pre mtb example. The green is the before. This bike belongs to Mike Berlin in Canada.
