Yes, I was definitely thinking of a swivel style versus a "rope tow".. Lol This will NOT be for High Speed Down Hill action, just cruising around car shows/swaps that allow bikes.. The single axle may also be the secret.

I'd probably redesign the part that attaches to the bike to stabilize it and have some sort of swivel joint. Looks like if you have any tongue weight you are going to get fender damage not to mention any high speed maneuvers and the consequences to cargo. V/r Shawn
