Looking taillight canister For 40-41 elgin

Need a rear rack reflector for this bike. It is a 40 or 41 Elgin If anyone can help LMK. need to find one before the end of July.

The Hole is not round. It is oblong in shape.

Cool. I talked with Jerry Peters, he has a NOS without lens and NOS with lens but just out of my price range at this time.
