The snowflake design, often seen on Montgomery Ward Hawthorne bikes, was once a Reading Standard PA design, acquired by Great Western Manufacturing La Porte IN, about WW-I timeframe; GWM would later be acquired by Snyder Mfg. Co. NY.
The gentle curve of the drop bar (top tube) is characteristic of the Indiana company.
