Picked up a nice 1966 Schwinn Breeze last night and a few minutes later I lost it off the rack in heavy traffic on the Interstate. Three following vehicles hit it. One was a semi that didn't stop, one was a Ford Expedition that had front end damage and the third was a Ford Explorer Police cruiser that received a dented rim and flat tire. I will be able to salvage a few parts.

Crank looks bent too, that’s pretty impressive.

I got a $20 citation and my vehicle insurance told me they would cover the damages. Funny thing is I have hauled dozens of bikes on that rack over all kinds of roads and never had a problem.
