Look Ma, No Hands!
Forgive me if this has covered on the CABE before. I just bought a set of modern replacement pedals that mimic the style used in the 1960's. To me something was just missing, so I thought that diamond "jewels" in the already stamped out holes on either side of the reflectors would complete that vintage look. After a visit to the Amazon website, I purchased a bag of 5 mm square ruby red plastic jewels, rhinestones or whatever you want to call them. They fit perfectly into the empty stamp outs on my pedals. After a little super glue or clear epoxy they should stay in there quite nicely. Now the pedals on my recently acquired 1965 Murray Meteor Flite have an even better vintage look. Ha, I just have to figure out what to do with the other 92 pieces that came in the bag. Here is a pic..

This is a really great idea. Love the look of these pedals. Now.if could just find another bunch of pedals to "Bejewleled", I'd be set. Nice job.
