Manton and Smith green Mead Ranger

M & S green Mead Ranger. Late 40's or early 50's. Still needs steel wool cleaning of paint on frame etc. Delta Winner front light. Persons seat with wear on edges. Goodyear tires are old.
Green paint spilled/touched up? at seat post, rear of tank and front of rear fender (see pic). Tank is solid and hard to find. Has typical truss rod dents.

Prefer local pickup in SW Michigan. Too busy too ship this time of year. Can also deliver to Ann Arbor show next month. $725.


Edit; pictures show a horn in the tank. I put the horn in the other day to ride, it is not included. Sorry for any confusion.

Why does it have two tones OG green?

You can read in the first post about the paint. The brighter green is paint over the og paint, looks more like a spill except it doesn't cover the pinstripes. If it's a touch up, I can't tell why it was done nor why it covers what it does. The inside of tank is clean, so it wasn't battery damage. In the picture it looks brighter and the og paint darker than it actually is.
