Masi Track Bike

Hello,
Does anyone recognize this model of Masi? Looking for more info on this bike and having a hard time finding anything online. Anyone know a year and model? Hard time reading the serial number, all I can make out is what looks like CF

have had the opportunity to see several Masi Special models in person, all were road application

this is the first track have encountered with the Special name

suspect it cannot be much later than the very early 1970's as subsequently they transitioned to using the Gran Criterium model name, of course it would have been odd to refer to a track machine as "Criterium"...

we can see it is late enough for the round-oval-round chainstays but then the Special model had them stock

iirc the metal headplates ended in the very early 1970's

definitely predates the Carlsbad operation by several years...
