Great find! Very interesting bike. Guard and rack may be used on other makes perhaps?(Huffman, Shelby?) Beautiful original bike! Enjoy!

Looks all original. M&S built funky bikes using many generic Wald parts.

Thanks for the info. Was thinking McCauley parts were used but wasn't sure of manufacturer. I've also seen those rear carriers in Elgin bikes and the guard on some Shelbys(maybe Huffman?) if I'm not mistaken. This is such a nice original bike! So many cool features!

They may have used McCauley parts as well, but I'm not well versed on them. I believe a surviving family member posted info about the company here on the Cabe a couple years back.
