Mead Ranger bicycle help

Hey Guys,

Picked up this Ranger Mead today! All I did so far was wash it with soap and water. Really nice original paint awesome color. From what I can find it is 1937. Any info would be great!

Thanks guys! Anyone know how and what to use to lace the rear fender? Also, is there a way to get a new key made for the locking fork?
