offered here is a Mead Ranger Champion double adjustable stem. what makes this the Ranger Champion version (and not the Schwinn) are the 2 pinch bolts are plain and void of the 'a.s.' letters. this is an early version(not the earliest-it had a steel bone) but still a chromed shaft-both pieces with patina-small scrapes etc-see pictures for details. this Ranger version is somewhat harder to find with these plain bolts. free shipping/paypal friendly!
