I live for the CABE
Hi folks,
I had this old boy limp in the shop yesterday. An elderly gentleman found it a few years ago at an estate sale. He walked around the property, wandered down a hill and this was propped against a tree. It was not included in the sale until he showed an interest. He rescued it because he likes old things...
I am researching it for him now - it looks like the Mead Ranger was a popular and prolific bicycle for a number of years.
The serial number on the bb is 24105. I am thinking it is circa 1910 -1918.
If someone can narrow the year range on this one (or offer other insights) it would be greatly appreciated.
Here is an album link with other pics and details.
Thanks!
Michael
