Selling this complete JC Higgins 4 star deluxe model bicycle. I purchased it from the grandson, which this was his grandfathers bicycle. So the horn still works, speedo works on and off plus missing the lens. Headlight is near mint inside of it. Also has the rear light twist light has all hardaware there. Colors are black with red reversed. Kinda unique color combo. Don’t see many off these color. Seat is all there but has a rip on the one side. Pedals shaft are straight, both wheels spin nice and straight, no spokes missing. Front tire is a Allstate and rear is a German tire. No damage to the fenders front and back.
