Metallic Green Roadmaster Luxury Liner info?

I believe this is a 1953, the wheels appear to be painted gray. All other features of the bike seem to be intact. New to AMF, so any info is greatly appreciated. Possibly up for sale in the coming week.

Yep 1953 the only year they came in this color. Looks like the top of the light is rotted out? Other than pedals looks complete. Here is the boys version of the same bike. V/r Shawn

Do you know about how many of each were produced? Also were the wheels painted grey or we're they supposed to be chrome?

No idea how many were produced. Most production records for individual models for bicycles are non-existent. The wheels on these, I believe, were cad plated. Yes there is generally a decent price gap between the girls and boys bike price wise. V/r Shawn
