Miami Chainrings?

I’ve got over 100 chainrings, I think these ones may be Miami related. Who can identify them?

left top Fauber, lower middle D&G copy, top rt and lower left look same and may be Miami, lower right kool, but don't know.
all are 24/48 tooth equivalent so may be ladies except the D&G

Double-D sprocket that will fit Westfield cranks may be a ToC “Dikeman” patent.
18 hearts kind of fancy; 24 tooth convenient.

Does the lower left have a drive pin hole?
Looks like a slotted drive pin might fit at 12 o’clock.

Might want to re-phrase that, none of the Racycle rings are shown as well as many others from Miami but this reference is terrific for the Flying Merkel rings!
