Pretty grungy but looks to be all original. Bicycle Corporation of America handmade in Allentown, PA, home of, but not affiliated with (to my knowledge) Ross Bicycles also headquartered in Allentown. Only in operation for a few years before the tidal wave of PacRim bikes take over the MTB market.
