Sold MINTY Delta wedge light in GREY maybe NOS

Ok..I did what I could..But I CANT get this light to work..Im NOT a rocket scientist (I just play one on TV),,maybe someone can get it to work..Everything is super fresh and clean,,but..Im unsure why I cant get it to work
This light LOOKS NOS to me with obvious storage wear..
