"usually" the junior road bicycles produced for the U.S. market which came with wired-on wheels/tyres use a wheel and tyre size of 24" X 1 3/8"
if markings on tyres are illegible there is probably a marking on the wheel rims giving the wheel size
in case rims are unmarked there are likely to be found markings on the inner tubes
this is a fairly common wheel/tyre size in the U.S. and tyres/tubes should be available at any bicycle shop
