Model "C" Arrow Accents For Frame and Forks

I have a Model "C" Frame that I want to restore back to the original color and with the original arrow stripes as seen in these images.

Can someone tell me if there is a way to recreate the accent arrows on the frame and forks?
Or
Does someone have a stencil kit for this?

I have found the answer to my own question!!!

After searching the web and posting here...and coming up with no answers, I decided to contact a seller on eBay that has auctions up for Post War Schwinn stencil sets.

He responded back with the proper stencil set for a Prewar Model "C" and posted an auction for at least 10 sets... and I purchased one!

He can also make a reverse stencil set for someone who has already powder coated their frame.
