Modern Bike with small frame

I'm looking for a 26" wheel bike for my kid, but he's 10 so I'm thinking a 13" frame...which is proving hard to find. Not junk, good condition. Specialized, Giant, Trek, Marin, etc.. Anything out there?

Maybe take a look at a Terry. A lot of very short women I know have found them revelatory, and they hold their value.

How tall is he? My grandson is 4'10" and he can ride a 17" frame 26" wheel bike very comfortably.

Hes roughly 4'8"
